France’s Pernelle Michon and Denmark’s Ann-Marie Rindom shared seventh place, contributing significantly to Devoti Sailing’s overall success in the women’s category.

Our sincere thanks go to the sailors involved, whose tireless work and determination paved the way for this remarkable result. Devoti Sailing is proud to have stood on the ILCA European Senior Championship podium for the second time, reaffirming our commitment to excellence.

Luca Devoti, founder of Devoti Sailing and silver medallist in Sydney, reflects on this accomplishment: “This is our third consecutive European title, with Kontides, Stipanovic and Valtteri Uusitalo leading the way. Moreover, it is the second year in a row that our ILCA 7 has seen the top three sailors. I feel honoured and elated, remembering my sailing days when I had the privilege of winning the European Championships in the Finn class with a boat I built myself. This achievement is a testament to the dedication of our employees, managers and friends, which drives us to strive for excellence every day. I extend my sincere thanks to the fantastic sailors who choose Devoti Sailing. Please do not hesitate to contact us, we are here to help you in any way we can”.

Congratulations to all the athletes, coaches and supporters who contributed to this triumph at the ILCA European Senior Championship 2024. Devoti Sailing’s success is not only a victory for our sailors, but also a testament to the perseverance and passion that characterises our boatyard. Here’s to more victories and exciting times on the open sea!
